This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds related to MicHelper subscription services. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.
MicHelper offers a 14-day free trial for new customers. During this period:
Tip: We recommend thoroughly testing MicHelper during the free trial to ensure it meets your needs before subscribing.
After the trial period, refunds are handled as follows:
Monthly subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. After the 14-day period, refunds are available within 3 days of the most recent billing date, provided usage has not exceeded reasonable limits.
Annual subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of purchase. Pro-rated refund available within the first 30 days.
To request a refund:
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
Payments made via cryptocurrency (through CoinGate or Whitepay) are processed at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in the original cryptocurrency to the originating wallet address, or as service credit at our discretion. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, refund processing may take longer than card payment refunds. Exchange rate fluctuations between the time of payment and refund are the responsibility of the customer.
In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds:
Service credits are offered at our discretion and are non-transferable.
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider:
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
