Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for MicHelper services.

No refunds. All sales are final.

Once paid service is agreed and activated, MicHelper allocates infrastructure capacity, processing resources, and operational support for the customer. Therefore, payments are non-refundable.

We encourage all prospective customers to thoroughly evaluate MicHelper during the free 14-day pilot before agreeing to commercial terms.

2. Free Pilot

MicHelper offers a 14-day free pilot for new customers, including up to 3 recording microphones. During the pilot:

  • No payment information is required to start
  • You have full access to all features
  • You may stop using the Service at any time without charge
  • No refund is necessary as no payment is taken

Tip: We recommend thoroughly evaluating MicHelper during the free pilot to ensure it meets your needs before agreeing to commercial terms.

3. Commercial Terms & Payments

MicHelper publishes three pricing tiers on the website, charged per active microphone per month in USD:

  • Silver — $25 / month per microphone
  • Gold — $50 / month per microphone
  • Diamond — $80 / month per microphone

Public plan prices are displayed on the website. Final activation, microphone quantity and billing details are confirmed with MicHelper through the official Telegram channel — @Ooooaala — after the pilot. Taxes, invoice currency and payment method are determined per agreement or invoice.

There is currently no public self-service online checkout. Payment arrangements (currency, schedule, method) are agreed individually with each customer as part of the commercial terms.

All fees are non-refundable. By agreeing to commercial terms, you acknowledge that all sales are final.

4. Service Credits

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., significant service disruption), we may offer service credits at our sole discretion:

  • Extended service period
  • Additional microphones or features
  • Credits applied against future invoices

Service credits are offered at our sole discretion and are non-transferable. Service credits do not constitute refunds.

5. Cancellation

For paid service, you may cancel with 30 days' notice by contacting Telegram — @Ooooaala. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the current paid period
  • No refund is issued for the remaining period
  • You may export your data within 30 days of termination
  • After 30 days post-termination, account data is deleted

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal after commercial terms have been agreed and paid:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will provide evidence to dispute fraudulent chargebacks
  • Legitimate concerns should be directed to our support team first

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
