Once paid service is agreed and activated, MicHelper allocates infrastructure capacity, processing resources, and operational support for the customer. Therefore, payments are non-refundable.

MicHelper publishes three pricing tiers on the website, charged per active microphone per month in USD:
Public plan prices are displayed on the website. Final activation, microphone quantity and billing details are confirmed with MicHelper through the official Telegram channel — @Ooooaala — after the pilot. Taxes, invoice currency and payment method are determined per agreement or invoice.
There is currently no public self-service online checkout. Payment arrangements (currency, schedule, method) are agreed individually with each customer as part of the commercial terms.
All fees are non-refundable. By agreeing to commercial terms, you acknowledge that all sales are final.
